If you love your driver than this game is perfect fore you! On each hole, every player must use their driver – even if it is a par 3.
How To Play
A ‘skins’ format is recommended with Players playing out each hole as they normally would (other than using driver on every hole) trying to shoot the lowest score possible.
In order to win the skin an individual must shoot the lowest score on a hole (no ties) than any other player. In the event of a tie, the skin pushes off to the next hole.
How To Score
If you shoot the lowest score in your group (no ties) on a hole, then you win the ‘skin’.
How To Win
The winner is the Player with the most ‘skins’ at the end of the round.
There is usually a set amount wagered on each skin (e.g. $1). So if Steve won two skins and nobody else won any then everyone would owe Steve $2.
EXAMPLE: Players A, B, C, and D are all playing skins for 1 point on each hole.
Everyone tees off with their driver. All four players shoot a 5 on the first hole. Because there was a tie for the low score the 1 point skin carries over to hole two.
Everyone tees off with their driver. Player A shoots a 3 and the other three players shoot 4s’. Because Player A had the lone low score they win the skin. The skin was worth 2 points (1 point for hole one carryover and 1 point for hole 2).
