A great game fore three players with a goal to NOT get the high score on two consecutive holes.  Handicaps are a must if you are not playing with equal skill levels.

How To Play

Play out each hole as you normally would trying to shoot the lowest score possible.

The goal is to never be the player with the high score on a hole.  If you do happen to get the high score on a hole, don’t panic because you have to get the high score on two consecutive holes to lose any ground.  If a Player does get the high score on two consecutive holes than points are given to the other two players.

If there is a tie for the high score then nothing happens and you move on to the next hole.

How To Score

When a Player has the high score on two consecutive holes then they give their opponents points based on the difference in the amount of strokes on the 2nd consecutive hole.

If the Player shoots the high score on three consecutive holes then they give their opponents the difference in strokes on the third hole Xs 2.

How To Win

The winner is the Player with the most points at the end of the round.  You can make a wager worth a specific amount per point or just a wager to put in the ‘pot’.  You can keep two separate tabs going (one against each opponent) or just one grand total versus everyone.

EXAMPLE:  Sean, Pat and Joe are playing.

Hole 1:

Sean shoots a 4, Pat shoots a 6 and Joe shoots a 6.  Because Pat and Joe both tied for the high score, nothing happens and they move on to hole 2.

Hole 2:

Sean shoots a 4, Pat shoots a 3 and Joe shoots a 3.  Sean shot the lone high score, but because it was his first in a row nothing happens yet.

Hole 3:

Sean shoots a 7, Pat shoots a 5 and Joe shoots a 6.  Sean shot the lone high score and because this was the 2nd consecutive hole of doing so, Sean now owes both Joe and Pat points.  He owes the amount equal to the difference in their scores on the 2nd consecutive hole.  Sean would give Pat 2 points (7-5=2) and Joe 1 point (7-6).

Hole 4:

Sean shoots a 4, Pat shoots a 4 and Joe shoots a 5.  Joe shot the lone high score, but because it was his first in a row nothing happens yet.

Continue this format for the rest of the round.
